Schedule
This workshop is available on Wednesdays only, with a limit of one session per week to ensure personalized attention. To accommodate different time zones, sessions are offered at three different times. All times are in Japan Standard Time (UTC+09:00).
Morning — 10:00 to 13:00
Afternoon — 15:00 to 18:00
Evening — 20:00 to 23:00
Duration and Fees
1-Hour Session: $25* (Regular Price $45) – Ideal for quick feedback or specific inquiries.
2-Hour Session: $45* (Regular Price $65) – Ample time for a thorough review and discussion.
3-Hour Session: $65* (Regular Price $85) – In-depth analysis and detailed advice on your project.

Workshop Flow
Pre-Review — Applicants will submit a selection of 15 to 20 images, focusing on a consistent theme or artistic vision. After selecting the preferred duration and securing payment, they will complete the form below with their portfolio, artist bio, and availability to finalize their application.
During Review — The session begins with the Reviewer’s general feedback on the portfolio, followed by an in-depth (or intensive?) discussion and expert guidance addressing the Reviewee’s specific artistic challenges and goals. Sessions are recorded and a download link will be provided.
Post-Review — The Reviewer will provide a written feedback form summarizing key insights from the session. The Reviewee will also have the chance to highlight their experience and lessons learned through a feedback form. Additionally, the Reviewee will have an opportunity to collaborate with ephemere. for potential publishing of photo books or zines.
