Non-Disclosure Agreement *

The Publisher/PB (Anne Murayama), and the Photographer/PH (first and last names stated above) mutually agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. The PB will produce one volume of "Anagrams," a photozine featuring the black-and-white photographs by the PH. The PB will cover the printing expenses and the PH’s copyright to his images will remain. 2. The PB will curate and help with the selection, sequencing, and storytelling of the PH’s images to be included in "Anagrams." The final content will be reviewed and approved by the PH. 3. The photozine will have the following specifications: - Size, Pages: 15x15cm (A5 square), 80 pages maximum - Printing: matte paper, black ink - Copies: 50 copies per edition 4. The PH will receive 10% of the printed copies for free, and 90% will be sold at ephemere.’s online shop and physical store. The selling price for each photozine will range from ¥1,500 to ¥2,000. All earnings will proceed to ephemere.’s future publications. 5. In addition to the photozine, other printed matter using the PH’s images may be added, like postcards and posters. These items may be included as free items whenever a copy of "Anagrams" is sold. Expenses for additional printer matter will also be covered by the PB. 6. Both the PB and the PH will promote the "Anagrams" in all possible publicities while mentioning each other’s social media handle/s. 7. ephemere. may include "Anagrams" in art & photo book fairs & festivals for viewing and/or selling. 8. Reprinting of "Anagrams" (with minor revisions) is possible and will be based upon the PB and the PH’s new mutual agreement. 9. Upon submission, the PH grants ephemere. the rights to use their images in all media forms, with proper credit to them as the photographer. 10. Depending on the circumstances, ephemere. reserves the right to change any part of this project if deemed necessary.
